Our commitment to privacy

ELD values our customers' security and privacy. We do not handle your credit card information, and the most information we will have about you will be your name and address (from billing information) and your username and password. We will never pass any of your details on to any other party unless legally compelled to do so.

To ensure a fair service is delivered to all our customers and prevent any abuse of our services, we do monitor bandwidth utilisation and record when you connect and disconnect from us, but we do not permit any other form of monitoring whatsoever.
